Inspiration for THERAPY2: A pun can always be rebranded. THERAPY1 was a meme trying to use Ketamine, but Therapy2 is CLEANING OUT THE HOUSE. Every pepper used! Actual THERAPY.”
Using the sweet berry base of the initial flawed THERAPY1 concept, most every and all of the exotic and super-hot peppers we’d grown were brought in for a large re-cook. While the fermented peppers were all gone, THERAPY2 got a wondrous mix of fresh Ghost Peppers, Trinidad Scorpions, Habañeros, and Carolina Reapers as well as other more exotic variants. Spices, Sake & more truly defined the final (intended) sauce of the first year’s work. Clearing the fridge IS THERAPY. The LABEL is THERAPY2! Hello, PUNS.
Everyone should go to THERAPY, or at least taste THERAPY2. It’s crazy hot, and complex, and good. The label isn’t exactly accurate, unless you really think about it!
