Mk17: “POST MORTEM”
Inspiration for POST MORTEM: “One last nail in the coffin. Make it worth it. Make it hurt. Also, LETS PLAY POKÉMON! Who finds the rarest bottles?”
Even though AUNT SUE got the bulk of the Carolina Reaper production, the plant was still alive for a few more weeks, and quickly ripened its remaining - often small - peppers. The goal was to use them in combination with available Habañeros and finally make a complex and rich and very hot sauce in a large quantity that could be given out easily. Many ingredients went in. The pepper plants and beloved Reaper is now down for the winter, and this is the final result.
POST MORTEM will have a large availability and several different RARITIES (144 total bottles):

Fresh Peppers
All the remaining Carolina Reapers directly from the plant - about 35 (though many were tiny), but all ripe. Another 27 fresh Habañeros
Pepper Preparation
Half of the Reapers and several Habañeros were roasted and charred.
