Inspiration for RUSH: “BDSM, and an experimental journey down the road of dirty sex through mixing abnormal flavors.”
Created for the 1st Annual Hot-Sauce Contest night on 11/15/24, by a team consisting of John Gomez, Andrew Sisk, Tom Kruger, Ben Morris, and Tim Sheridan. Co-Winner of the night because of its unique & exotic flavor, which defies easy categorization. At first it gives a familiar aroma: maybe ‘enchiladas’? Upon tasting it is closer to a traditional Molé, but much hotter. Looks like a bottle of poppers, tastes like a wild journey!
