Mk11: “MENSES”
Inspiration for MENSES: “A continuation and rewrite of the dirty jokes of the hot sauce contest night: a more fitting description of a final product named alike but tasting like bad ketchup.”
Re-Cooked from the Contest Night group submission of Austin Mckenzie & Miles Rasmussen, Toliver Harris, and friends. Original recipe needed a substitution because the first attempt ended up closer to a slightly tangy Ketchup (‘MK0.11” - the peppers chosen were not hot enough to counterbalance the taste of the tomato and garlic. We re-cooked it with many exotic hot red peppers and spices and the result is clearly a winner. Hot and red, like a Ferrari.
